Study Planner to Plan Your Week in One Place
A study planner helps you decide in advance when you will study and what you will do in each block. Instead of reacting to the day as it happens, you set aside specific times for specific tasks. That reduces decision fatigue and makes it easier to start, because the “what” and “when” are already decided. This tool lets you add study blocks by day and time, so you can see your week at a glance. It is free to use and does not require an account. You can use it on a computer, tablet, or phone. Many students and professionals find that even a simple weekly layout improves consistency and reduces last-minute cramming.
What Does This Tool Do?
This study planner is a lightweight way to map your study week. You add “blocks”: each block has a day (e.g. Monday), a start time (e.g. 9:00), and a short label (e.g. “Math review” or “Chapter 5”). All blocks appear in one list, sorted by day and time. You can add as many blocks as you need and remove any you no longer want. There are no calendars, colours, or categories—just a clear list of when you plan to study and what you plan to do. The tool does not save your plan to a server; it runs in your browser. That keeps things simple and private. You can use it to plan a single day or a full week, and adjust it whenever your schedule changes.
How to Use It
Step 1: Choose a day
Select the day of the week for the block from the dropdown. You can add several blocks to the same day.
Step 2: Set the start time
Use the time field to set when this block starts. Pick a time that fits your routine and other commitments.
Step 3: Enter the subject or task
Type a short label for the block, such as “Biology notes”, “Essay draft”, or “Past papers”. This reminds you what you intend to do.
Step 4: Add the block
Click “Add block”. The block appears in the list below, sorted with others by day and time. Repeat to build your week.
Step 5: Edit by removing
If you no longer need a block, use the remove control next to it. You can add new blocks anytime to replace or extend your plan.
Key Features
- Add study blocks by day and time with a short label.
- View all blocks in one list, ordered by day and time.
- Remove blocks with one click.
- No sign-up or login; runs in the browser.
- Works on desktop and mobile.
Use Cases
Use the planner when you want to fix your study times in advance. For example: block Monday and Wednesday mornings for a tough subject, and use Tuesday and Thursday for reading or problem sets. You can reserve Friday for review or catch-up. Many people combine it with a timer: they plan the blocks here and then use a Pomodoro or focus timer during each block. The planner is also useful before busy weeks (exams, deadlines): map out which days you will work on which topics so you do not leave everything to the last day. If your schedule changes, update the list by removing old blocks and adding new ones.
